A $3 Billion Physical Therapy App???
Scrolling through tech news yesterday, a story caught my eye – Sword Health's $130 million funding round, valuing them at a staggering $3 billion. In a healthcare investment climate seemingly on life support (mergers and acquisitions are dead, and patient interest appears to be waning), what sets Sword Health apart?
Virgílio Bento, the CEO and Founder touts SwordHealth’s success back in April on Twitter saying that they had “100% revenue growth YoY, beating forecasts by 10%, delivering 580,000 AI sessions, and saving our clients millions in wasteful healthcare costs.”

Call me crazy, but I don’t see virtual physical therapy being the new thing…
We’ll have to wait and see.
